This is only a guess, but I would not be surprised at all if management was waiting for the investors to get their money back from the canceled P.P. before releasing the titan 24 results. Certainly wouldn't be nice to take their money at low sp, release the quantec, drive the sp up then cancel pp and give their money back. Yikes !!!!!!!!! there'd be a bunch of pissed investors.On top of that there may be a lot of work putting the titan report together. (only a guess)

There must be a lot of anticipation out there. S.P. is rising without much high impact news.

Might be a fast run up when it moves. Who knows ! We'll see !!!!!!!
