The short position has declined. Between Aug 15th and Aug 31st it was beleived to be as high as 600k, I dont think it ever got that high but i guess we wont know because of the 2 week gap in getting the #s. If there was an attempt to drive the sp down during that time, it was foiled by buying which in turn would force the shorter to cover his self quickly when he saw his plan would not work. Anyways, we are creeping back up there and hopefully this week will bring some of the news we are waiting for.
