I didn't check your numbers because I'm sure they're correct. The reason I spoke in terms of maximum taxation is that if we get into a buyout situation' you wont have to have many shares to be at the top of the taxation list. It's good info thought for those that have lesser amounts of shares. Also my numbers are close approximates.

This is a good topic as one should have all the knowledge necessary to take care of our money if we get so luck to be hansomly rewarded for our SLI shares. If not then no loss.
