All the yak on that other board, the sandbox, is about permits. I don't see the need until Pahse 2 Titan is in and has been completely digested. May as well have as accurate a picture as possible before plugging any holes in the ground. More bang for the Peso.

I get the distinct feeling that there is an in house belief that this play is a very rich one. It seems that much of the administrative groundwork for this company to explode into a buy-out target has been done. The S&P Advisor will take us away from many other small players that have far less to offer.

All this never goes as fast as one would like but the systematic moves forward indicate that things are being done correctly.
