Geer1 I agree with you totally. The going share price indicates nothing more than the price of the last transaction. With low volumns the share price can move very easily simply because there are few shares for sale cheep and few buyer willing to spend higher. On June 2 the SLI sp was 1.57 with 93000+ volume. On July 8 sp was 1.21 on 40,000 volume. Very easy to draw a stock down with such low volume. The sp crept up slowly from there to 1.32. Volumes as low as 36000 were seen in that period. I personally wouldn't feel that the rising and fallin share price would have anything to do with any Peruvian issues or International concerns. When 1,000,000 shares trade before 9:30 am like they did for SLI in the past then one can start looking for issues.
