lol, i just spent about a half hour figuring this out and come to post a comment on it, I guess I should have waited and read your great explanation of it. I can also see that there are lots of ways these calculations could change. Page 5 of the report contained all their math and gives a good formula for calculating future value that would compare to the analysts. Some great tools we have here that will come in handy on other investments as well!
