I have a hunch that we will see more news soon. Not just the elusive drill permit. There must be trenching samples in the system. I believe SLI management are being very careful to comply with all regulations before making announcements, and I wouldn't want it any other way, but this must slow the process.

Good things come to he who waits, and sometimes waits some more! We live in a society that wants immediate gratification, but delayed gratification is often a larger pay off.
