Message: sulfides and oxides

When I was talking to IR, I asked about the geology of the veins theirselves.I found it interesting and important in one reply( the veins change from more oxides to more sulfides the deeper you go, the gold grade jumps up the deeper you go). Now, I am not a geologist but a rookie prospector and have did a bit of research on gold findings and finding gold.In certain deposits, the more sulfides hence the higher grade. Im thinking that alot of samples from the Tesoro are surface channel samples, these samples would most likely have a higher oxide content, hence a lower grade of gold.Where there are sulfides in this deposit it would appear to me that there should be higher grade gold deeper where the sulfide content increases.SLI has sent crews to the north corridor(the new found 7km long stucture) to start stripping and exploring. As I said before, there are veins in this north corridor and I,m also thinking that if the crews find good gold grades here at the surface , the grades should increase as you go deeper. It now looks possible to me that we may have double of what we think we have.Im anxious to see some samples from the north corridor so we can compare them with the main corridor. If things go to plan, and we are drilling the main corridor and start getting great results, while at the same time we get some great results from the north corridor surface samples................. can you imagine what this would do to our sp!This is speculation on my part at the present but I beleive it has a great chance to become fact in the near future. If there are any geo,s reading this, I would appreciate any comments .
