Geoffrey Gold, Kinross VP, is a director and insider of Sage Gold Inc. Kinross Gold owns more than 5% of Sage Gold shares. However, according to sedi.ca Kinross is not listed as an insider of Sage Gold. Why not? Doesn't Mr. Gold's very senior involvement with Kinross Gold therefore make Kinross Gold an insider of Sage Gold?
