In my view those last minute "up ticks" are just one of the "games" currently being played with this stock.
At the moment it has been essentially "capped" by some group of individuals.
The "bids" average less than 50,000 per order while the "asks" average over 100K.
The current 9 million listed on the "ask" between .05 and .07 effectively disuades anyone from buying this stock unless they have deep, deep pockets and want to go 'whole hog".
In my "anecdotal" experience I have never seen those kinds of numbers on a penny stock but again I acknowledge I have not done extended research on the subject.
