well my lucky friend (if i remember well you did win this bar don t you?)

there is no way sages shareholders could be in a winning position if there is a jv or a takeover at this point we are at a all time low (sp not market cap but still) and what i was complaining about 2 years ago i still complaining about today.

i remember being placed by some posters here in the same basket than rodbuster, i8email and clinteroo when i were giving my opinion on the way sage was managed back then. i still feel the same way today but there is a huge difference now and this is kodiak image vs 2007-2008 kodiak image.

even if we can t count on kodiak we still are at 10-1 ratio which really is a complete mystery for me as this pattern DO NOT FOLLOW THE MARKET CAP !!!!!

unless there is something in the pipe between them there is no logic explanation on why is that. another thing that is strange is the fact that sage is using the very same path than kodiak on their way to communicate whit shareholders, on that point i do feel like there is a puppet master somewhere who drives the show and this master of puppet is not sages managements and not kodiaks either.

the fact that both corporation goes under heavy dillution whitout slowing down on land aquisition is lets say special.

i think somebody somewhere knows whats in there but getting all the land togheter in the same corporation before its get to the public is a good way to maximize revenue for a small group, unfortunately i think that the mass shareholders will not be part of this small group.

to much strange things happened in the last months in the bg area and sooner or later there will be questions asked.

i guess a merge followed by a complete takeover will happen very soon and then the miracle will show up.

dmaster
