SGX CEO Nigel Lees... founder and past director of TVX Gold... TVX Gold bought by Kinross Gold...the orignial 'Kinross connection'...

SGX merges with Consolidated Puma... merger results in 8.6% ownership stake in SGX by Kinross Gold... their 'in' to BG gold camp... see below...

SGX names Geoffery Gold to board... Geoffery Gold is an Executive VP and CLO of Kinross Gold... why such a high powered executive bother to join a 'go nowhere' junior like SGX?... Kinross has investments in many other juniors but does not name their CLO or any other executive to their board.

There's gotta be more to this?... SGX still talking of acquiring Au ounces somewhere... don't see how this is possible without Kinross or someone else involved... hurry up already! LOL.
