Border Vein...

posted on Dec 02, 2009 08:44AM

I have asked SGX about the infamous 'border vein' (i.e. quatrz vein discovered at SGX-KXL property boundary) many times and got the following responses below. Tidbit here and there when asked but other than the excerpt from the November 7, 2008 NR we have yet to see any further discussion... visible gold? sampling results? trenching and stripping length? at the 'border vein'... Why?... Most recently on July 9th we were told stripping, trenching, sampling and soil geochemistry was planned for the 2009 exploration season... 2009 exploration season is over... will we see a seperate NR with these sampling results?

Worth you time to read excerpts below FYI re: 'border vein'. Why are they being so silent publicly re: continuity with KXL?... Maybe they found nothing? I have no idea. But KXL has also been noticeably quiet and slow re: exploration to the NW towards SGX IMO.

As per November 7, 2008 NR:

"In addition, continued prospecting of the southeastern strike of the Golden extension vein has located a one-metre-wide quartz vein 1.5 kilometres southeast of the Golden extension which may be part of the Golden extension -- Golden Mile mineralized corridor. The vein carries pyrite and chalcopyrite and is located at the Sage-Kodiak property boundary and along the projected northwestern extension of the Golden Mile. An excavator has been moved to this site and channel sampling is under way."

On November 7, 2008 SGX stated channel sampling of 'the border vein' was underway (applicable excerpt from NR below). Is SGX continuing to strip, trench and channel sample 'the border vein'? Are assays from this vein pending? Have any new veins in this area (SGX-KXL border area) been discovered?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Shareholder,

Sage management has provided the following response to your question:

"We have 60 metres of strike length on the border vein and plan on continuation once we complete the 5 newly identified veins NW of Vein 4."

Sincerely,

Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. Please see the response to questions below:

1. Is there VG in the 5 Veins to the NW?

A. Yes

2. Kodiak Exp Inc has stated that mineralization seems to be increasing to the NW in there Veins. Based on the information Sage Gold Inc has available would this be true of the Veins on the Jacobus property?

A. Yes

Dear shareholder,

The following answers were provided by SAGE Gold management.

Is SGX continuing to strip and trench and sample Jacobus East? If so, have you been successful uncovering additional gold-bearing vein structures?A: We are not stripping and trenching presently but will resume during the 2009 program.

Given Kodiak has announced plans to further exploration to the NW, does SGX plan to strip and trench further to the SE with the ultimate goal of establishing continuity with Kodiak's Golden Mile? A: Yes, absolutely.

SGX has previously (some time ago) announced discovery of the 'border vein' and that this vein was not sampled due to "poor weather conditions". Does SGX plan to further explore (i.e. strip, trench and/or sample) the 'border vein' during the 2009 exploration season?

A: Yes and soil geochemistry is also planned to further define the mineralization.

Regards,
