From KXL NI 43-101 Report:

"However, a claim conflict occurs in the extreme northwest corner of the Hercules property where over-staking by Sage Gold was conducted. Claim 4240724 owned by Sage Gold partially covers the western boundary of claim 4204287 owned by Kodiak. It is up to the
government to decide which company is the owner of the claim overlap."

Has this claim dispute delayed SGX exploration of 'the border vein'? This dispute was filed on or about October 2008. Does SGX have any idea when this dispute may be resolved?
