Yes, there has to be a reason. We are waisting our time trying to contact Agoracom at this time because as we know they are simply the companies PR arm and the company is in an information lockdown or lockout.

This is no fluff here and did not come from Sage but I absolutely know the company was in week long BOD meetings last week and that meetings of some type are continuing this week. It seems reasonable to assume that 'something' IS up. I am sure it is partially NR related but it does not take numerous meetings which are on-going to formulate a PR.
