Chief ... I agree with almost everything there. A JV with kodiak at this juncture does not make sense ... I believe I've said that before.

I am surprised though that they say that they believe the SGx and KXL deposits are unrelated. Maybe it was simply whitefeathers interpretation of what he was told.

Jacobus includes several intrusions so the deposit is probably less liniear and more complex but as far as whether the two are related or not I would say that at best the evidence is inconclusive ... so far. That being said I am not a geologist but there's 2 km of ground between them that has not been stripped and trenched so jumping out and saying flatly that they are unrelated does not make sense ... at least it doesn't sound like something a geologist would say

Other than that I'd say it's bang on!!

oh and I doubt KXL (or any company) cares how many shares are outstanding on any company they buy ... they just care how much they pay.
