I do not pretend to believe that I come to this gathering place of the investors with much to offer regarding buisiness or mining ability but I do have some thoughts about Sage.

First let me say that I have glean some solid info from several of you. We all know the contribution that guys like Longbomb and Red have made and they are not alone. I noticed that yesterday from Marks earlier post to the closing of the day with mined's posting, many of you guys presented some solid views covering a wide range of topics that went from the speculative venture exchange and the markets in general to Sage in particular. I have read twice Tibbers, Jokals and others postings and have even read and appreciated some past inboxes that 'suggested' [lol] that I should 'take my wife out to dinner' or something. I know this is not a mutual admiration society but I just wanted to thank all of you for expressing your thoughts and sharing your take on a wide range of topics affecting our investment choice here.

Back to some thoughts on Sage. I am not naive to take literally or as gospel everything that the company has said. I am a believer though and I do like the speculative possibilities here and might possibly have more nerve than brains. I have written the company and have spoken twice with Nigel and Bill. I have had several conversations with Mike and written him numerous times. While the conversations have been cordial, and I have believe the 'approximate' dates that I was given for news releases, I was still aware that all that could go out the widow if some factor came up.

Regading what "I believe" is happening now. There are reasons why we have not heard much from them. I know the leadership has had marathon BOD meetings of late as well as 'numerous other meetings' elsewhere. [That is not hype that is fact] If you don't nail me to the wall here, may I just give you an opinion as to what I think is going on. IMO, there are financial challenges to the overal project and they need to be addressed. Dilution is most always a factor with juniors but there are positive alternatives to that and consolidation does not have to be a consideration. IMO, there are J/V type deals in the company's mind and might even be in the works and all this suggests to me anyway that we are going to hear about that end of the business "soon" [No hype intended].

Many of us believe they did they airborne and ground homework well and that the assays are very good. [I think many of us believe that]. However, there is the strong possibility that good or very good assay related nr's might not affect the share price in a positive way. [I am a conspiracy theorist] To me anyway, I believe that Sage Gold Inc is going to have to do something different [ possibly jointly?] in this climate if they expect to see the SP go north and some of those warrants exercised. That would be a nice alternative to cash flow challenges. Bottom line here is, IMO, we are going to see a 'major' deal come to the forefront because we need to see that occur. I know there are hybrid deals out there I just do not know how they work or what they are called.

These are possibly some of the reasons for the so-called delays which are not delays but rather on-going plans and calculations designed to keep us from the 90% failure rate and bring us to a hoped for successful conclusion.

Best wishes to all forum members,

Jerry
