Of course its a gamble. Those who do not recognize that fact need to seriously re-examine their risk profile. They don't call the venture exchange the "Big Casino" for nothing.

Having said that and upon consideration of all the factors the risk/reward ratio in this particular case seems acceptable to those that have that "high risk" tolerance.

Why do I have this nagging feeling that the SGX/KXL relationship is getting ever closer and not just the geographical proximity. Both companies have had significant recent drilling activity yet neither have released any information. Not going to be surprised at all if there is some sort of "formal joining" which would create a giant land position in what seems to be a prolific gold region. If a corporate restructuring of that nature were on the table, the co-witholding of drill results would be part of that process.
