Yesterday 999 on the bid...

Yesterday we had 999, more than 1 million shares, on the bid at 6.5 cents... and big 800k bids at 6 and 5.5 cents... this AM less than half that amount at 6.5 cents.. What is it going to take to break us out of this cycle?
