News in August...

"News on our current 2009 exploration program on the Beardmore properties will be released in August."

In other words... when CPW-v acquisition is final (i.e. receives ALL necessary approvals)... as per shareholer approval NR...

"Completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the British Columbia court and the TSX Venture Exchange. Puma and Sage anticipate that closing of the plan of arrangement will take place on or about Aug. 6, 2009. "

Also anxious for news but this does make sense. I just hope they don't make us wait too long into August... no reason for delay after CPW-v acquisition is final IMO. I would precidt week of August 10th.
