Is anyone able to verify this 55% ownership number? How might a person obtain this type of information? The consolidated financials, or is there an easier way? If possible I would like to look into the ownership of other companies as well.

If this 55% is infact the case, this appears to be a significant move on the part of a major company now showing some serious interest in the Beardmore/Geraldton area, not just speculation. I guess time will tell what the rest of the market thinks as there really is little reaction to this nr this morning.

FYI, Puma is down $-0.01 to $0.06 or -14.29% on only 100,000 shares, which seems pretty light as there are $45M total shares outstanding. Ask is now at $0.07.
