Kodiak Exploration Limited (TSX VENTURE: KXL)(FRANKFURT: KX3) reports that Bill Chornobay has stepped down as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of the Company. Bill has played a key role in building Kodiak and will continue his association with the Company as a Senior Advisor to the Board. The Board would like to thank Bill for his extraordinary commitment over the past 13 years.
As previously announced, the Company recently entered a new phase of advanced exploration at its flagship Hercules project and continues to aggressively explore its land holdings in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp and at other projects throughout Canada. Day to day operations are now being handled by professional geologists with experience in resource development, underground mining and mineral economics under the direction of Brian Maher, Vice President - Exploration. Robert Harrington continues as Managing Director.
