When calculating in situ value for a resource you cannot use the spot prices for the metals in the ore body. My rough calculations (and they are rough to be sure) gives a share price of approx 7.5 cents a share for this resource as a standalone entity



10 percent of current price for copper

.42 cents/oz for silver

$30/oz for gold
