AGM tomorrow at 4:30 EST... just after market closes.

Figured they'd want most recent results received (they have Vein 9 results) released before AGM, but then again what difference would/does it really make? They likely already know results of proxy votes etc. I guess AGM more of a formality then anything else. Anyone here going? (Not that there are many 'here' left LOL).

Update from anyone attending meeting would be greatly appreciated.
