This is as plausible as any other idea. Both KXL and SGX know each other well... sharing camps and drilling results. With KXL focusing efforts on GM and SGX the GME... this working relationship will only get better.
The question is if the merger of these two makes them more attractive to the majors and will it mean higher valuation then being separate companies.
