RECENT DEVELOPMENT

PROSPECTING RESULTS AT BEARDMORE-GERALDTON GOLD CAMP

Sage Gold Inc. reported on the Company’s recently completed prospecting program on its optioned Paint

Lake property in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp in Ontario, Canada.

Two new zones of gold mineralization were discovered. One zone is 744 metres southwest of a stripped

and sampled zone, and the other zone is 640 metres southeast of the main stripped area.

One grab sample from the southwest showing yielded 3.7 g/T gold; grab samples from the southeast

assayed from 1.1-2.4 g/T gold, with an average of 1.7 g/T.

The Company plans to strip and channel sample the new zones in 2009.

the Company also reported on the completion of prospecting on the optioned Solomon’s Pillars property

Onaman property. Solomon’s Pillars and Onaman are among Sage’s main properties in
