You know I am positive about the company but unless they have a 'hat trick' [cash cow/sugar daddy] up their sleeve, I wonder if their 'looking for aquisitions' was said in a more general meaning of those words as opposed to an actual hunting for highly viable properties or companies. Everybody is 'looking' but the finding and paying for the opportunity might be two different stories. No offense to the company intended.
