Paint Lake...

posted on Mar 09, 2009 08:48AM

Slide 10 of most recent corporate presentation contains new Paint Lake map. This map would seem to illustrate historical drill hole results and SGX channel and grab sampling results previously released on Aug. 25, 2008. Is this correct? If so, where are "Sage New Gold Zones (2009)" as depicted on slide 12 of previous 'SGX Corporate Presentation' located? As per previous correspondence on this subject (posted below), is it correct to assume that these "Sage New Gold Zones (2009)" are located somewhere in or around claim block TB518445 (i.e. ~1km west of previously announced sampling results)? Is TB518445 a new claim block? Also, on Feb. 9 we were told "grab samples taken which will be reported very soon". Can we expect these results soon?

Thanks in advance.

Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you are correct. The new Gold Zones are 1km from the existing area where grab samples (23.09 g Au/T) were reported. The new zones have been staked, claimed and grab samples taken which will be reported very soon. These new zones are 400m metres from the ONT/SGX border. Paint Lake will be drilled this year and that program will be announced in due course.

Slide 12 of latest 'SGX Corporate Presentation' depicts area of most recently reported Paint Lake results on August 25, 2008 (i.e. yellow call-out "Sage Channels include 23.09 g Au/T"). This area also depicted in map on SGX website. However, slide 12 of latest 'SGX Corporate Presentation' also depicts an area West of area described above (see yellow arrow) labelled "Sage New Gold Zones (2009)". This 'new' area appears to be approximately 1km West of previously reported area described above. Is this correct? If so, has SGX discovered an additional gold zone on the western side of their Paint Lake claims? If so, does SGX expect to release results from this area in the near future? Please fell free to elaborate (i.e. proximity to ONT-v border, visible gold?, drilling plans?, etc.).

Thanks in advance.
