Yes I did enjoy the show very much. I have been always cautiously optimistic about both SGX and KXL. I have a long position in both. I am underwater with SGX with an average price of 17 cents but I am still in the money with KXL with an average price of 42 or 43 cents. I came away from the show feeling that both positions will be profitable in the long haul.

In my conversation with Mr Love he stated that SGX is currently in the same stage of exploration as KXL was during the summer of 2007. As you may recall that was just prior to KXL releasing their spectacular results that drove their shareprice north to levels we have not seen since. I am confident that SGX will have good shallow depths results after their summer drilling program. But in my opinion I doubt we will see the same impressive rise in share price for several reasons. First of all SGX has almost double the number of shares outstanding as well as a number of warrants. Furthermore, in my conversation with Mr. Love he confirmed that there is over seventeen million options still out. While warrants and options are necessary evils as a source of future exploration revenue they would represent some drag on the share price along the way. Furthermore, even if SGX summer drilling results were as impressive as the results from KXL in the fall of 2007 they might not excite the market to the same extent as did KXl. This is because the markets has come to expect high grade narrow vein results from the region. This of course is only my opinion and many posters could probably argue more convincingly the other way. Of course I do feel that we would be considerably well north of where we are now share price wise if we have results even close to those from KXL during the fall of 2007. I just feel the rise would not be as impressive or as quick.

When I asked Gary Robertson about interest from majors he did not come right out and say yes but I got the impression there might be but that was just me. I asked him if a deal with KXL might be in the works and his response was that at this stage everyone likes to think that they have the best property. As a side note I asked a number of different companies over the four days about whether they had confidentiality agreements or interest from majors and they were all equally evasive. It got to the point my wife said "you have to stop asking that question" and I replied You can only try.

So the short answer I guess to your questions do I feel more confident coming out of the show than before I went in would be yes. However, I think we have to think long term on this play. I am going to be adding more over the next while and certainly before results are expected from their summer drilling program. I am sticking them in my wife's and my own self directed RSP. A few years down the road I feel we will be rewarded. At the shareprice now I don't think there is much risk to the downside ( I know I know famous last words and all that).

PS I always feel uncomfortable is expressing an opinion about how I feel a company's shareprice will perform in the future. A lot of my friends and associates ask my advice because I have been kicking around at playing junior mining stocks for so long. Some tell me I should make a business out of giving advice. I tell them there is enough pressure in investing my own money let alone worrying about theirs. So please like everything else you read on the stock boards take anything I write with a large dose of salt. Rico I am not directing the last bit at just you of course but anyone who reads this. My purpose for posting this and my report on the Show is to try to contribute to the board in order to show my appreciation for all of the contributions yourself and others have made in the past.

Cheers

Killick
