It just quiet up here, winter sucks, have to travel to golf, but not to long the spring thaw will be here, once we get through this cold crap weather. I think things being quiet is a good sign, many companies that are releasing news aren't being appreciated. Juniors won't be going anywhere soon, not until this crap is over in the market in general. Been in the process of trying to buy a foreclosured house in Nevada and the people I spoke with say that the housing market hasn't bottomed yet. Looked at 1800 square foot house with pool and spa in the Henderson area that was valued $300,000 a year ago is now on sale for $144,000 as we speak, and they're projecting for prices to come down even more. Over 4,000 foreclosures in the Henderson area of Nevada alone. So, I wouldn't be holding by breath for any big jumps just yet in the juniors, but I do hope I'm wrong. The other alternative is to sit here and cry the blues, bitch about everything, as some did in the past and were never happy. Life's to short to be angry everyday. Cheers Jokal :-)
