And as far as names go, how about the "Goose Nest" ? You know, after the goose that laid the golden egg, smack dab in the middle of Sage's property?

Anyways, I don't care what they call it, but I'd love to call it "green" in my portfolio some day! That might be sooner than we think, after waiting this long.
