1- Sage finds a sugar daddy. A gazillionaire that just loves the company and believes he can get one more "big hit" before he leaves the planet. LOL

2- Sage sucessfully options off some interesting properties because they want to focus on a few that show the most promise and are directly related to the area at hand.

3- Sage has or find something that is so significant and perhaps better that what KXL has at or near the border and they or others want a piece of the action. That my friends is our hope anyway.

4- Either the market turns around or KXL hits something huge [hopefully near us] and the SP goes up enough that the warrants get exercised.

5-6-7- I 'll leave for the posters that really know what they are talking about. I know my limitations and by now so do 'youse guys' know them. LOL.
