I agree D, KXL already has too much land and are agressively drilling their property. why would they want to JV with Sage? ... at least now anyway.

At some point some big money has to come into play and neither KXL or SGX has the cash to do it alone.

The best thing both companies can is to confirm they are connected and show that there's more than just a long vein at surface .... drill drill drill.
