Rico agreed, buying started on Dec 22, near the end of tax - loss selling. I'm not saying this (the end of selling) is the only factor but I would bet that it is a factor.

another factor is that the tsx-v is bouncing off a triple bottom that hit soemwhere in the high 700s ... this is also a factor

the vetnure has been in oversold territory since July (RSI below 30). Clearly things are looking up but we're not out of the woods yet. RSI needs to cross above 30 and then the movigns averages come into play. The 20 day moving average is still north of 1000.
