Good morning folks,

There is good news coming regarding the price of metals AND regarding Sage Gold. If I did not believe that, I would have 'run to the hills'. LOL. However there is an old law that says, "no gain with out pain". It is to this factor that I dedicate this post.

Regarding gold, silver and other metals, once again I see an old law being violated by those who also violated several other old adages. As a retailed investor, it is very difficult to actually take posession of either of these metals. Many dealers are out of Canadian and American silver and gold eagles and other bulk precious metals. Many other foreign entities are grabbing all they can, and as such the reserves are not so easy to dip into. [At least not for you and me]. So why isn't the law of "supply and demand" causing the prices to go up. IMO, it is because the US dollar is being proped up by the same greedy people that violate the laws of operating a fair "free market system" that should thrive in a capitalistic republic for which it is suppose to stand. The political parties all have as their "advisors", men from the very system that has systematically been the cause of the problem, so how can they possible be a part of the needed solution. They only live to serve themselves.

It is a fact that the US is $11-13 trillion in the hole with many more trillions in unsecured notes. The social security retirement fund, which our fathers and my generation and the workers of today contribute actual cash into into is a paper fund only. The powers to be have bled it dry. [There never was a complete audit done on that fund] Medicare has been, and is, likewise being systematically ravaged by the medical profession and others and is also defunct. FICA fund, which had trillions in it because of the hard cash that has and is being put into it by the US workers, is now looking for money because of banking failure payouts. The 'Father' Fed, a private group of bankers, has never had an audit done on it either and is now assumed the role as 'savior' of the system. Talk about the fox running the hen house.

Well, some of you folks might say, what does this have to do with Sage Gold and the other companies. My answer is EVERYTHING. Look at PDL [North American Palladium] They produce 4% of the worlds paladium. The just laid off 350 employees because of the drop in the palladium prices. They had in recent past reported a solid percentage gain but pt/pd along with other pge and base metals prices have fallen. We are not talking about the cyclical nature of the metals market here folks. So you tell me how the juniors will not be affected negatively if in fact the market is rigged [as I very much believe] to protect the failing USA economy. I include protecting the crooked Wall Street crowd. If what I am saying here is true, then Sage Gold has to be affected to some degree.

The good news IMO is that actually we are in excellent shape IF and only IF we A] truly have and continually discover the good, goods A N D B] if we can continue to get cash. The reason I say that is because during bad market times, that is the time to do the exploration part of the business. When the prices are up then that is the time to have proven resources 'ready to go' or be mining and producing gold, silver, etc.

Hold steady it is going to get rocky especially when that proped up US economy meets with the 'law of diminishing returns' but metal producing companies and solid juniors will be the first to rebound as people by the millions try to salvage what is left and go into the commodities where they hope to regroup or recoup their losses. There is always going to be people and companies with money. Not everyone 'leaped out the window' in 1929 or otherwise gave up. Never say never and never give up. Period.

If you disagree with my above thoughts and beliefs, just keep remembering that 11 trillion USA debt figure, along with 30 more trillion in bad notes A N D the fact that the worlds debt crossed over the 1000X1000 trillion mark. That is over 1 quadrillion in notional value. Quick question here. If everyone is borrowing when is pay back time coming? We little guys pay with our hard earned cash. The others, simply shuffle and reshuffle the dollar deck.

Best wishes to EVERYONE on this forum and all the rest of the silent Sage shareholders,

Jerry Francis
