"lots more sampling to come."... yes bigtime and as they uncover wider parts of the vein 'lots more sampling to come over bigger widths'. The Golden Mile's width on the surface alternates significantly along strike... likely Golden Extension (as it is part of the same system IMO) does the same...
People need to realize (and I will say it again LOL) these channel sampling results were limited to just a 12m portion of the GE vein that SGX managed to trench by hand. They did not have 500m to choose where to cut these samples. They also did not have wider portion of the vein to sample. They discovered a quartz vein that was highly mineralized, they sampled it and it contained high-grade Au. Narrow width yes... but still an extraordinary discovery at this very early stage of exploration.
In the latest 'October Fact Sheet' we are told parallel veins just recently exposed are 5m in width. We have also been told in the video (numerous times) about veins containing visible gold. Will these wider widths now be sampled... you bet. IMO.
Another interesting point in KXL latest presentation re: width of veins... NW drill holes i.e. NW of Golden Pond... KXL drilled these holes before stripping and trenching... shallow blind drilling resulted in a 20m quartz vein being discovered just below surface... but when they finally stripped and trenched the vein was just 6m wide on surface. FYI... KXL has not seen widths or intensity of this magnitude in any previous holes (according to presentation).
