2. Anglo Pacific Group PLC - 7M shares + 5M options/warrants = 12M FD

3. Nigel Lees - 4M shares + 3.7M options/warrants = 7.7m FD

Number one holder 'Guy Charette'... never hear of him. Supposedly was involved in company way back when. Sits on board of Carpathian Gold (as does Patrick Mars). According to CPN-v website:

"Mr. Charette is a Corporate Finance and Securities Lawyer based in Canada. Mr. Charette has over 20 years experience in the business structuring and financing of domestic and international mining and exploration projects. He has acted as Chairman, CEO, and Director for several public-traded mining companies. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Charette was CEO of Bay Merchant Group. He is co-founder of Charette-Nantel Attorneys LLP, a corporate finance law firm located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada."

Mr. Lees, Mr. Charette, Mr. Mars, Mr. Robertson... all financial experts in this or related fields. PP not an issue. We need to relax.
