Thank you wmn and also thanks to the rest of the posters for disecting that nr and for discerning the 'signs of the times' regarding the relationship between what SGX has so far discovered and what KXL has. My computer kept jamming up when I tried to get the info,[?] so I am doubly grateful to you folks.

The last I heard, SGX did not have any confidentially agreements in place with anyone but considering the way Brian of KXL described how they have been in communication with "others", [majors no doubt] and in light of Sage being all over the place in their writings of late, it would seem that we are very much in the mix whether or not we actually have a confidentially agreement in place.

For you businessmen that know about the various 'agreements' that can be entered into, isn't it possible that we do have 'some type' of agreement OR perhaps better said, understanding with KXL? IMO, I believe that to be the case, ESPECIALLY since we see what wmn copied from the KXL nr. Would you guys and gals be surprised if you found out that the best of the load of lode is on our property? Is it possible that SGX will have enough of the good goods at or near surface that they could [down stream a ways] open pit it and then use that money to 'go for the gold' [literally] as that saying goes.
