i don t want to be rude no need for that for a team that work so so hard.

i will just say once again what i was saying 2 months ago and 6 months ago and 8 months ago.

at this point we can assume that mr lees is a good finance person but he have a very big problem whit his pr team.

a ceo need to be in control of ALL the business aspects and pr/ir

IS an important part of the business .

at this point you can blame whoever you want but for myself i am putting the blame on mr lees because he is the one who call all the shots .

mr lees there is no room for sentiments in the business and if you don t have the right persons at the right place then you have to make a move and you have to make it right now.

it is unacceptable that your ir/pr team confirm news release date that never happen . if you do it once then it could be a mistake , if you do it twice then its a problem if you do it more than twice then you have a permanent problem and if you don t as a ceo fix the problem then you become THE PROBLEM.

at the very moment where little details worth a lot to gain shareholders confidence there is absolutly no room for improvisation and believe me mr lees at this moment right now the image sage gold is showing is an image of junior

just not the junior kind of image i want to invest in .
