To my knowledge,and I could possibly be wrong, but I have always understood that you could do an after market buy or sell after the close "BUT" only at the price that the stock closed at and only if there is stock available on the bid or ask at the same price that it closed at. So in my opinion, those trades could not be allowed because it changed the price.
