Very good point for new people here re: gold showing in last years Ni-Cu drilling (i.e. 15.15 g/t Au over 0.73 m in SJ-07-07). FYI... this Au was intersected at 390 m. This was totally unexpected but upon re-examination SGX also found traces of gold in other holes. From July 24, 2007 NR:
"This gold bearing horizon represents a new zone of mineralization that is not related to the Ni-Cu mineralization within the gabbro."
As we can see from map on slide 11 of latest presentation, now we can see why it is not suprising SGX found gold during Cu-Ni drilling as this area is in very close proximity to promising KXL Au exploration targets. I am sure SGX will likely eventually do some stripping near the Ni-Cu deposit as it would appear there are interesting (i.e. identical to KXL Au-bearing veins) mag signatures in that corner of the property as well that have not likely ever been stripped.
Like you said, we do have a lot to look forward too.
