I wish I could believe that, but there's even been testimony that computer voting systems can, and have been, rigged in a way that defies detection.

And the whole "hanging chad" thing and the recount of the paper ballots with Bush the first time around reeks of vote rigging.

I don't know about Canada, but sometimes I think they push the whole voting thing in the U.S. just to make the people have the illusion of empowerment.

But I have some pretty strong opinions, and I realize that, so I'm not trying to be divisive, just putting forward my own opinions which differ from yours.

At any rate, this prevailing attitude in the markets can only help commodities.
