Rodbuster:

"I believe both management are in constant contact, especially when they trade drills to help each other out, if you know what I mean

Any good news from KXL from Golden Mile is good news for SGX and when they both confirm its extended, on strike , overlap and contiguous, which I believe will be this year, enjoy the ride, especially for SGX, more bang for the buck"

I totally agree. I asked some time ago about "SGX drill for exclusive use during 2008" some time ago and the response was "The drill is exclusive to us as mentioned, nothing has changed." Drill right may be exclusive to SGX for 2008 but if they have no need or $ to drill at the present time (i.e. since drilling stopped at Onaman) then SGX can(have?) likely 'lent' that right to another company (i.e. KXL?). We heard of a similar situation earlier in the year when SGX had so much of a core backlog to go through they sent their drill to KXL. SGX and KXL likely have VERY close relationship. The latest analyst tour included SGX property and the Golden Mile. We have been told company geologists converse on a regular basis. This is good for business IMO. KXL is the big kid on the block right now with the big discovery (drilled) and the big bank account. I am sure anything SGX can do to help KXL along the way is greatly appreciated and the favour will likely be returned in some form in the future.

IMO SGX plan right now is to strip, trench, and prospect, as they have already said, "until the snow flies", identifying drill targets along the way. They have enough money to do this. That would take us until at least mid-December (IMO). If share price can recover (i.e. general market and/or via SGX or KXL NRs) to low- to mid-20's by then, approx. $3 million in warrants will likely be exercised. Money for drilling SE Jacobus during the winter not an issue. IF share price does not recover to low- to mid-20's then SGX will have to raise $ to drill SE Jacobus via PP (most likely). Anyone think it's possible insiders OR KXL would finance this PP? That would be 'positive dilution' IMO. Market would not penalize SGX for such an arrangement. There is alot of money behind mgmt of both companies... 'next major gold discovery in Canada'... only a matter of time... wouldn't you?
