There has been no selling period... the 2 'red' April 24th transactions in the list you provided depict 1 side of the transaction re: exercising warrants i.e. the decrease in the individuals warrant account balance. The other 'green' side of the transaction is the resulting increase in common share account balance.

Mgmt exercising warrants is a good thing. This is not selling.
