Rod:

Yes LRU-SOR did drill one hole at Kerrs as a pre-condition of the amalgamation agreement. I believe they had to spend a certain amount of money... complete a 'qualifying transaction' I believe it is called.

As far as we know this hole was never assayed. As per Kerrs Property Technical Report (completed June 15, 2008 but filed Aug 18, 2008 on sedar.com)... what do we know about this 1 hole...

"On May 15, 2008, the phase 2 extended drilling program commenced with the completion of one drill hole to provide sufficient costing to meet the prior expenditure commitment of $100,000 for a qualifying transaction. It is the opinion of the Author that the geoscientific observations from the extended phase 2 program completed on June 7th, 2008, have not resulted in any material changes or altered the recommendations for the proposed phase 3 drilling program

"In the spring of 2008, SOR completed the 1st hole totalling 386 meters of surface diamond drilling program to be followed by 5 holes totalling 1,700 meters."

"PHASE 2 EXTENDED 2008 DIAMOND DRILLING PROGRAM DDH K-08-20

DDH K-08-20 was collared on line 7+00N and 5+75W at an azimuth of 132° with a dip of -60°. The hole was drilled to a total depth of 386 m and planned to test the up-dip extent of the GCQ zone intersected in DDH K-05-06. A thick intercalated sequence of mafic pillow flows, feldspar porphyry and ultramafic flows was intersected from 54m to 271.6 m. This sequence was followed by a highly magnetic, serpentinized, siliceous ultramafic flow sequence from 271.6 m to 350.1 m overlying a silicified mafic feldspar porphyry unit to the end of the hole at 386 m. The altered, silicified stratigraphy from 202.8m to 350.1 m suggests proximity to the GQC zone intersected in K-05-01 which is located along strike at 400m to the northeast."

"The 2008 Phase 2 extended drilling program employed the same supervision stated above. However, Salo Drilling, based in Kirkland lake was contracted to carry out the drilling, staging their operations from Timmins. HCG personnel transported the core from the Kerrs Property to a core processing facility located at the Wahgoshig First Nation, 20 km. from the project site. The drill core from hole K-08-20 was logged with no sample intervals identified until approval for the phase 3 program is granted by SOR."... i.e. not assayed IMO

I have said before that a former SH poster who seemed to have all the answers said before EXS-v discovery hole NR that SGX had provided EXS with intelligence re: Kerrs property and basically told them where to drill. Is this true? I have no idea but this poster seemed to be right about everything else. Like I have said SGX has told us via Agoracom that Kerrs drilling plans have been changed in light of this NEW EXS discovery. We have also been told drilling would commence immediately after LRU amalgamation agreement accepted by TSX and began trading... all this has happened.. has drilling started!? Have no idea. Drilling plans?! Have no idea. Hopefully we will get Kerrs NR this week.

P.S. I don't even work for SGX... but I think I should be getting something for this :D. LOL.
