Focused on becoming a near-term Gold Producer
Further to this...
'Early Warning Report' just issued re: LRU for SGX... FYI... share structure of LRU with major holders below:
Share Structure | Shares | % |
Total Out | 17,135,808 | 100.0% |
Sage Gold Inc. | 672,516 | 3.9% |
Telfer Hanson | 2,450,116 | 14.3% |
Robert Hanson | 3,630,243 | 21.2% |
49 North 2008 Resource Flow-Through LP | 1,000,000 | 5.8% |
Very tightly held company. Fully-diluted basis SGX % jumps to 13.4%. Collectively these 4 holders own 45% (FD ~51%) of LRU. Expect LRU to be thinly traded because so tightly held... but if they hit it could really move quick. Let's go Kerrs! Suprised we didn't get Kerrs drilling announcement this week. Oh well.

P.S.
2 Early Warning Reports just issued re: LRU... one for Robert Hanson (Pres. and CEO old LRU and new LRU) and another for Telfer Hanson (Pres. and CEO of SOR)... both own significant shares of new LRU... long story short... LRU is a VERY tightly held publicly traded company with a very low float... Like I have said SGX has the right to also become major shareholder in this company that will very soon be drilling next to EXS-v recent gold discovery at Eastford Lake... i.e. virtually on Kerrs border.
JMHO.
