now rod were you talking about that or you were meaning take the money directly from sage liquidity ? one way or the other if a public corp wish to do so nothing can stop them but shareholders vote once a year on a motion

don t forget this is an exploration corp and money available should be spend on aquisition of land and exploration operation.
