KXL just paid the Municipality of Greenstone $750k for 29 mineral claims. IF SGX decides to JV (say ~50%) SE portion of Jacobus to KXL (assuming the gold's there!), how much would SGX get for it? Maybe cash? Maybe shares of KXL? Maybe a combo of both?

IMO a possibility given SGX current cash position and shares out. SGX likely has a very valuable asset on it's hands that could be used to finance exploration on all other projects (move Onaman into production?!) without further dilution. Maybe?

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement between Kodiak Exploration Ltd. and the Municipality of Greenstone, whereby the company has the option to purchase up to a 100-per-cent interest in 29 mineral claims near Geraldton, Ont. In consideration, the company will pay the vendor a total of $750,000 ($25,000 in the first year).

This property agreement is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return.
