Longbomb regarding your below comments.

I know we're told that results are reported shortly after rec'd ...bla, bla , bla ....... but maybe there is some control by the company on when they receive them.

A couple ways that come to mind.... send them in large lots, not staggered.... or is there such an option as booking a timeslot.

------------------------------------...

One way to hold the releases can be accomplished in this manner. IF a company has submitted a batch of cores from the same area to a lab and a couple of them show something 'unusual' or perhaps of a higher grade, they can hold the rest of them back while those "special cores" are retested. They will treat it as a "batch" that it incomplete until further testing is done.

A hint that this is good, is, if they have those cores in question reassayed using another method [more accurate] other than fire assaying, then that is because they suspect that then can get slightly better grades OR there is something else there that needs further attention.

So the CEO, simply waits for that to be done. It might take months. As a P.S. it is also much more expensive to have cores checked by the other methods, so the boss will not just do this as an excuse to withold the assays.

Question, has Sage Gold ever had cores retested before? If they ever send some to be done over, it will be a good thing BUT the results will probably be noticeably delayed.

P.S. I personally know a company that did do the above and also I am confident that there are 'other ways' that a company can 'delay' assay reports. There are 'tricks' [so to speak] to every trade. LOL.

Take care,

Jerry
