Taro,

Please read through this post. It is for you son and others that might be feeling as you do at this time. It is not meant to be harsh or to beat you up but rather to bring you to a certain point that you need to arrive at if you ever, or ever again, intend to be an investor in the penny stock market.

I guess it is all in how you look at things Taro. Almost always when people see that they are making a good profit, they could care less if a monkey is running the company or about the tomorows that, that company has. As far as the who, what, where, when, why and how that is involved in the developing of a company, most folks could care less. They just want to 'see the green'.

In directly addressing your post point by point, you said, 'when will the bleeding stop'. What bleeding? If your talking about the highs and lows in the stock price, then you need to ask yourself this, was this develping junior worth the price it went to last year or was trading euphoria involved back then. At the other end of the spectrum, should we be sitting at 19 cents and possibly be going lower? Once again, trading and sector events and NOT the building of a company is in the forefront here.

As far as rollbacks go, please explain? Who are "these people" that are specifically bantering about a rollback senario? Please name them and also state the context in which they 'allegedly said' that Sage Gold is going to have a rollback. As I said above, we could go lower, but I do not see that as a nightmare. Oh, I am not happy that the solid assay results that the company has had did not yield the proper returns that it should have with respect to the share price. None of us here are. However, again as stated above, if you only just want to 'see the green', when you invest in a growing and yes, sometimes groaning, SPECULATIVE JUNIOR, then you will be one disillusioned guy. The failure rate for these types of companies is probably in the 90+ percentile. Obviously the folks that have done their proper DD here do not see Sage Gold being in that group but rather see the company as having a strong potential for success. Do we know for an absolute certainty that we will make the big time, NO, but neither did the investors of Microsoft and Home Depot when their shares were in the pennies BUT they had the vision to see that this new type company would one day take off. Do you have a vision for Sage or did you just have a dream or a hope? There is a huge difference there.

Continuing along with the points of your post, I too am down many, many thousands of dollars at present. I too have some very heavy family health issues that will require many thousands of dollars to hopefully correct those conditions. You are not the only one here with needs Taro.

If you think it is getting worse 'day by day' as you said and have been in this 2 years [many have been investors for longer that you ] and have not made a dime but at present are under, then welcome to the club. Except for the investors that know how to trade, you are not alone there. If you wish you had never gotten into "this mess" as you call it, and daily jump up to read the posts and check on gold's price 30 times a day, may I suggest that you start directly reading what the company has put out instead of what some of us [including me] 'think' is going to happen.

As you have also said son, there are others in the same boat as you [extremely nervous about this play] and you are also correct when you say in is not healthy. IMO, based on what YOU have said, you should NEVER again play the pennies because the suspense of it all is not good for you and you do not put the time in that is required to help you keep sane and also to support the vision that you should have in whatever your investment choice might be.

If all the above words seem hard to you please understand that I am not just writing to you alone but to all the smaller investors here. We are the ones that the big guys pick off one by one because we tend to be more fearful AND do not have the patience to watch a company grow. Taro-that's grow little by little. As a final admonition, while I have a strong vision for Sage the FACT of the matter is that due to world events or some other unforseen thing, we might not make it into the big time. As you know some mighty big companies have bit the dust and they did not appear to be speculative ventures. I honestly do not think that will be the case for Sage BUT I don't even know for sure if I have tomorrow.

Taro, take your wife out to dinner and a movie and do not look at Sage for one week. Your a stock price addict [LOL] One last thing, if Sage does not make it take her out again and then start fresh but not with the spec plays lad.

sincerely presented AND best wishes,

Jerry
